“I broke down not too far from DT service on a Saturday afternoon, the truck wouldn’t get in gear.
They helped me get a tow truck to tow the loaded trailer back to shipper to get unloaded and then back to a secure parking, total 60 miles and they helped me get a rate 50% less than the market, towed my truck to their shop on Tuesday since we had to find a clutch assembly on Monday, the work took around 13.5 hours, and truck was ready the next day in the afternoon, everything was done kn a timely manner and the rate per hour was really good. Don’t be a jerk and these guys will go the distance to help you out.
I don’t know all the guys’ names in there, Ken was very friendly and helpful, Daniel the owner was very friendly, drove me to the hotel and offered to bring me back to the shop next morning. All the guys in there were very friendly, great customer service.
Sean worked on my truck, he is a great mechanic, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and did his best to get me back on the road as soon as possible, explained to me in an understandable way what’s wrong with the truck and how everything got to this point.
I highly recommend DT service for any breakdowns you have, whether it’s a road call or in shop repairs, definitely will be my choice every time I’m in the area.
