I very much enjoyed the red light therapy experience but it was a bit cumbersome to have to exit the spa to use the restroom. I was told that restrooms were going to be installed but no real timeline on that. The body scan was very interesting as well.

This was my first experience with Red light therapy. Debbie explained the process and was very informative and made me feel comfortable. The body scan made me see what areas I could use the most help with and the vibrating machine was great as well. Can't wait for Avanti to help me in my health journey.
