I'm going to give a three and that's for that you guys that come to the house to fix things however they don't fix everything even though it's covered under warranty but I like my house I just think they put a lot of corners being that I am in the business myself there are better builders out there so you're looking I wouldn't recommend Viking
Viking built me a good home at what is now a reasonable price. I'm now 6 months into the house and I'm pleased with the quality. I had an issue with the heating system, but Bill's heating who did the installation responded within 2 hours of my call for help and fixed the issue. For the money, this is a great house.
