I'm going to give a three and that's for that you guys that come to the house to fix things however they don't fix everything even though it's covered under warranty but I like my house I just think they put a lot of corners being that I am in the business myself there are better builders out there so you're looking I wouldn't recommend Viking

Viking built me a good home at what is now a reasonable price. I'm now 6 months into the house and I'm pleased with the quality. I had an issue with the heating system, but Bill's heating who did the installation responded within 2 hours of my call for help and fixed the issue. For the money, this is a great house.

Just did our walk-thru with Dan from Viking and are totally pleased with our new home. We are in the packing and moving process, and wish it was as easy and pleasant as buying a Viking home through Wade and Nicole Jacklin. They have both been terrific through the whole process and we feel like we have friends in Post Falls already.
