Lisa was extremely helpful with getting warranty work done on our blind. The blind was damaged during shipment from hunter douglas and Lisa worked with hunter douglas to get the blind returned to them at no cost to us. I highly recommend north Idaho blinds as their customer service was exceptional
I cannot rave enough about this local family owned company! Lisa and Allan are top notch and are always there to help solve any issues that may arise. They consistently provide great customer service and are also very friendly and super easy to work with. They will always be my go to for blind/shades!
We took our blinds that needed to be fixed and Lisa helped us with the process. She was very helpful. They were sent out to Hunter Douglas the same day and had a quick turn around. Great service!
