Been coming to these vets for several years now, you know when you go to a vet and you usually have a favorite vet out of 3 maybe 4 vets there? Well, they are all wonderful and I really don't have a favorite. Wonderful experience every single time. Both front and back office staff are friendly and professional. My vet spends quality time answering any questions or concerns that I have and provides great advice.
Everyone is always very friendly and kind from when you walk in to when you leave. And the dental care is great ? have never had a bad experience.
After months of working with another company, we called H2O in Hayden, which we should have called first place. Thinking the worse, I spoke with Vince several times to try to figure out what was taking place, since we already had work done on our well yet still had issues. Vince was great, got us hooked up with their service department and had the drilling department on standby as we were told that our well had either collapsed or we had 50 feet of debris at the bottom. Once Forest and Jacob came out to figure out our issue, they informed us the well hadn't collapsed nor did it have debris, the previous company miscalculated. A huge relief to us. After scoping out the depth of our well, doing a static test and replacing parts, they were able to put the pump at the correct depth and got us up and running. Thank you Vince, Josh, Forest and Jacob you are not only extremely knowledgeable, your customer service is great and you take the time to explain everything in detail. Kudos to Forest and Jacob for their honesty and hard work. H2O is tops on our list and our go to company for all our well needs.

Dr Erickson has taken care of my fur babies since 2004! He not only takes excellent care of them but also of me. He has helped me thru their aging and goes out of his way to follow up no matter how minor the issue was and goes the extra mile with sending me cards to lift me up as a pet owner when mine eventually cross the rainbow bridge. He and his staff are not only 5 stars they are a 10+

UPDATE: Stopped in AGAIN the other day because this is a huge expense and I keep changing my mind. Needed some guidance and Ben Halleman had the patience of a saint while walking me through options. I know the stone inside and outside our home will be beautiful!SUPER helpful guidance from Larry Shenfield when I needed to select a stone that would work for our new construction AND be readily available when we needed it. The stone is beautiful and I can't wait to see it in our new home!
