Hayden and his crew helped us with water damage in our condo at Elkhorn Village. They were fast to the job, thorough and exacting with the repair. We live out of the area and Hayden kept us in the loop on progress stage by stage with texts and photos. From open to show the problem, to problem fixed, then closed up looking brand new. The team at Valley Restoration was extremely helpful and supportive as we worked through a stressful roof leak repair. Some of the sub contractors were slow, but the team at VR kept after them and stayed on schedule. I am grateful. They were also awesome at working with my insurance to get most of the job covered, which was a huge relief. Thank you very much!!!

So here's the deal, I had a leak in my kitchen and had Valley come over to look at remediation 3-7-2023. They made commitments to do demolition and repairs on 3-9. Understand, it's a leak within a wall. All of a sudden it they have a more important job and cancel. Commitments don't seem to matter. They've put the job off for a weekend. That said, once they did start my job they were very professional, the job was done in a timey manner and they even helped with insurance issues. Yes, I'd use them again.
