We have been trying o reach this Establishment for weeks. Lights are on, salon looks normal but noone is ever there, phone is not answered and message board is full. Is this salon still in business?

Heartbroken after spending 100$ here for a manicure with acrylic overlay and pedicure, both regular polish. I don't get my nails done often so when I do it is a real treat. But this was a waste of money :( Two stars for getting me in last minute and for the massage. Otherwise, very disappointed with this expensive manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was 45$ for French and she only did one coat of white, and she didn't smooth out the line at all. The lines on the big toes are wavy and bumpy. The manicure was done hastily and without attention to detail. She didn't care or notice the big thick globs of the nail polish. Also she didn't put the polish all the way to the sides. Bummed to spend so much on low quality care.

Trihn was all ambitious set me up for an appt at 7am, and when I arrived, no one was there. I ended up calling her and she said she slept in. She double booked, and was stressing out the whole time. She was also complaining about me to the other costumer that I “woke her up.”She didn’t paint the sides of my nails and didn’t cap my nails, and filed my skin till it was bleeding. Not recommended, very disappointed !Service: Manicures
