I would highly recommend Ketchum Heating. They were able to fix my furnace (while another local company said it was unfixable and needed to be completely replaced). Bailey was our technician, and couldn't have been nicer. He went above and beyond to order parts from the manufacturer and installed them as quickly as possible.

We have an aging furnace and contacted DJ at Ketchum Heating when it went down for the count during the first cold spell of the winter. Old furnaces are notoriously hard to diagnose and fix, but DJ stayed attentive to us through the entire repair and several visits.
