“In March of this year, 2024, after a death in the family we were told we would have to have a Biohazard Cleanup crew go into the home to decontaminate the area before we would be able to enter. I called Steri-Clean the same day and within 15 minutes the owner, Cory Chalmers, returned my call even tho he was out of the country. He was very courteous, kind, and helpful. He explained what needed to be done and when he would be able to go out to the home. On the day of his visit he called to let me know exactly what he needed to do and sent an estimate for me to okay the work. He immediately started the work. A 2 day job that required a day with Air Scrubbers to clean the Ozone. When the family finally arrived to deal with the estate there was absolutely no offensive odor. Cory gave me his personal number and we had many conversations regarding the progress, the bill, and payment. He was always professional, prompt and delightful to talk to although he is a very busy man. His service is definitely Five Star and I highly recommend him and Steri-Clean.“
