Receptionist staff needs more education on how to talk with the public and deal with the public. I checked into my appointment more than 20 minutes early after they checked me in. I got a text saying that my appointment has scheduled for 15 minutes past my original appointment. And then had to wait until 5 minutes until the hour before I was even seen for almost an hour's wait time without anybody telling me just texting me. Unbelievably poor quality of communication by staff. My provider and his nurse wonderful. The one star is definitely for reception and the texting of the appointments is stupid when I'm sitting right there

AWFUL HOSPITAL.Have been misdiagnosed CONTINUALLY on shifting me with more long term and more serious issues.Can't get ahold of who you need too. They dont send reminders dont put in for med refills or messages sent NOTHING beyond the worse place imaginable. I will be suing for malpractice

I have been dealing with this pathetic establishment since 2019, the ER also included. They charged me $1,250 for a stool sample that was inconclusive and refused to code it properly so that my insurance would cover it. Angela Vitek was great, however the people scheduling appointments for her sucked. They forgot to send out appointment reminders and I missed several appointments due to this. I switched to Alisha Cardona after Vitek left. Worst Dr. I have EVER personally had. I have severe insomnia and she refused to give me ANYTHING to help.
