I’m very happy with Mark. He really listens to me and discusses my issues. He has a great sense of humor and makes me feel comfortable even if the news isn’t the greatest. I’ve fired 4 other doctors that just made diagnosis such as stress and anxiety when in fact it was something serious. One doctor even laughed at me in the reception area in front of other people saying he wasn’t going to be made a fool of. Don’t ever be afraid of getting 2nd and more opinions from other doctors. Thank you Mark for all you’re doing for me.

I had the unfortunate experience of developing quite a severe and spontaneous nose bleed when in Glenns Ferry from the Emmett area for the equine dental college. After holding pressure, icing, and holding pressure, it wouldnt stop. We happened to find the Desert Sage clinic and Mark Merrell PA, saw me right away, packing my nose promptly and getting the bleeding to stop. He and the ladies, the nurse and receptionist, were so nice! Thank thank you for accommodating me in my time of need!! Very friendly and professional!!

Mark is an excellent provider. I am an R.N. and his bedside manner is warm and easy to talk with. This is the first time a Dr. has taken time to explain ALL the options on my diabetic medications. You are lucky to have this quality of provider for a small town. The other staff members were excellent. Thank you Desert Sage.
