Update for this review of APEX and Phoenix Reconstruction.I had several conversations with the owner of the companies, Nate. The guy is a genuine and stand-up guy. Some things were miscommunicated during the process and some stuff was missed. Nate and I came to an agreement and the work is being completed. He understood my frustrations and wanted to make things right. This is the kind of person who cares about their customers and I'm sure he'll work with his staff to avoid these kind of situations with others. I had water damage to my laundry room that required new siding, sheathing, flooring, drywall paint, framing, and gutter replacement. Phoenix Reconstruction did a fantastic job working around my schedule to fix everything in a timely manner. The room was not only restored but looks much better than before the water damage. Riley and Logan were great to work with. Very responsive and transparent about timing and pricing. Overall it was a great experience

Recently (finished today 3-7-24) had bathroom remodel due to toilet gasket water/sewage leak. Had to replace hardwood floor to match Brazilian hardwood. They dug down to subfloor and dried area out (and from underneath area in crawlspace. New floor and resanded adjacent kitchen area. The final bathroom stain was not quite right. They came back, restained to make sure it blended properly. Was a big job, but it looks better than it was before. Toby, project manager, made sure we were satisfied. Recommend if you are looking for minimal involvement, hassle-free scenario.
