“My mom and I recently went in for a deluxe facial; I LOVED my experience. I had a student named Miranda, who was kind and helpful during the treatment. She kept me informed on what she was doing and the next steps. I loved my relaxing experience so much. However, my mother had a different experience with a different student and wasn't as satisfied. We were comparing the treatments we received, such as hand massages and scalp massages, and my mother didn't receive either. I am disappointed in the difference because it was supposed to be a mother-daughter treatment, and my mom was unsatisfied.“
