At first our experience was great, but it went downhill very quickly when communication between the front office and the cutter/installer broke down. The slab we picked for the job I was consulting on was gorgeous, not their cheapest piece. We inquired on how much it would cost to have a remnant of that piece made into a small bathroom countertop and it was way more than my clients wanted to spend above their kitchen remodel. A couple of days before install we got the invoice with a bathroom vanity and sink on it. We let office know that we didn't want it and she told us we had to pay for it because it was already made.
