They told us to call back once we decided where we wanted our floor outlet installed. “I have little wiring experience and was trying to rewire a GFCI switch. It was on a Saturday at 5 pm and the circuit this GFCI switch was on cut power to my garage openers and various outlets through my garage. Completely stumped with it I called the electricians at American Pros. My first thought was there is no way they are answering on a Saturday at 5 pm but they did. Not only did they answer but offered up advise and the solution to my problem over the phone without coming out and charging me. The electrician even went above and beyond to facetime me to show me exactly what I had wrong. He helped me fix the problem immediately. If I could I would give this company a higher rating than 5 stars and will recommend them to friends and family and be using them in the future for other electrical needs.“

“I'm remiss in not writing this sooner. Apex was the company that did the electrical in our new home a few years ago. I worked almost exclusively with Ryan (owner). In addition to doing outstanding work and being professional, on time, and very easy to work with, he also pointed out an issue with some windows that did not meet building codes. I normally would not expect an electrician to be well versed in windows, but Ryan was (and I'd bet in other areas as well). The window contractor tried to argue but ultimately caved as he finally recognized he was incorrect. I've used Apex on a few other jobs and reached out to Ryan for advice from time to time and continue to find him (them) very easy to work with. They are my ONLY go-to electricians in the valley, and I'm extremely picky (I'm an electrical engineer).“
