have been using them for three years now, a little skeptical about ownership change. I just recently moved to Washington making my taxes somewhat complicated due to selling my home in Idaho, but Derek was fantastic on the accounting side. I feel a little betrayed by the office staff (Lori) as she couldn't seem to get my mailing address correct or send the correct version. After 3 attempts and over a month trying to mail my tax returns, they even went certified and didn't get it right. Finally had her email them to me. So my question is... who has has all my personal information on returns that I didn't receive?

People seem nice enough, and we received taxes back quickly. Was disappointed with the price increase of the new ownership. I have always thought the old owners charged a fair price, and had used them for a long time. I guess it's time to shop around.
