Valley Pump has been maintaining (and eventually replacing) our well equipment for nearly 20 years. We started out with another company that the previous owners of our acreage had used, but received frankly lousy, slapdash service. The old-timers we know recommended Valley Pump. We have not been disappointed. They have been consistently responsive to our emergency calls, and our emergency calls have certainly diminished since they took charge. So, today at about 2:45 PM, on a Friday the week before Christmas our residential water stopped working. A quick call to Valley Pump and Heather was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, yay! Within an hour, two guys were dispatched, and the original relay had failed, but it lasted since 1978. Absolutely thrilled at the professionalism and response by the wonderful people at Valley Pump.
