Thank you, Kevin was there within an hour of me calling and was able to change out our water heater all in the same day! We appreciate that you not only installed the new water heater but also educated us on how to take care of it moving forward. Bill, Levi, Ray and Kevin were wonderful. We had a Carbon Monoxide leak that Levi diagnosed, they were very patient, and understanding during our decision making process. Bill came out to our house twice to walk the property and give us the most cost effective and efficient option. The install team Ray and Kevin, did a fantastic job of cleanly installing our new ductless unit, and respecting my small requests when it came to cosmetic decisions. Everyone was friendly, and helpful, and they quite literally saved our lives. Get your heaters checked every fall by Rocky Mountain Mechanical!
