We've been in our house for four years now, and still absolutely love it. Darin and Chad were a pleasure to work with throughout the process of building our home. They were down-to-earth, unpretentious, and 100% transparent (a complete 180° from other builders we'd spoken to). They worked with us on the design of our house to make sure we were getting exactly what we were envisioning. Once construction started, things started happening fast! We made almost daily trips to the site and would be amazed at the amount of progress being made. And we were impressed with the amount of communication we got from Riteway throughout the process. We bought our family property in September of 2022, by Oct 2023, Riteway Builders had built two homes for us, which included the installation of our well, septic system, power and road construction. Riteway’s staff was amazing, they were very attentive to our needs and were always available to answer questions. Their customer care since our homes have be constructed has been amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our homes and Riteway, I would highly recommend them!
