“Discovering Red-Yoga created an instant connection to community here in Boise/Eagle. As a disabled veteran, retiree I've really come to embrace what yoga brings for longevity, mindfulness & fitness. Jenni curates both an awesome cadre of instructors & large selection of classes. Focusing all-around fitness, flexibility, stillness & healing - there is something for anyone/everyone at her studio. I've recently moved to the area and finding a place like this is a true gem in the Treasure Valley. The classes are plentiful, tho never overfilled. The space has all the equipment and the variety of classes means there is little to no repetition. Every session, either challenges or recenters you - they are spot on with the descriptions of what to expect. The instructors genuinely connect with their fellow yogis, and there is a strong sense of caring. Would certainly recommend to anyone in the area to try the introductory package for two-weeks, and see/practice with as many different classes/instructors - guessing they would find the same feelings as mine once they discovered Red-Yoga and how much benefit it can bring to your life. We even hope to invite/hire some of the instructors to come practice at our house next time we have family and friends in from out of town. This studio has been a fantastic find for us!“
“Such a beautiful, serene space. I received a massage by Rose as a gift from a dear friend, and it was a wonderful experience. Rose gives the best massages and makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately, and I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I would love to book with Rose again, and check out the yoga classes. I highly recommend this studio!“
“A hidden gem! Beautiful space. Nice instructors. Super friendly owner. Hoping to make this my next favorite place.“
“This place has the most amazing Massage Therapists! I’ve never had a bad massage there!“
“We had a family private lesson at Boise Aerial & Fitness for spring break. It was exceptional! We all learned a great deal and got an excellent upper body workout in during the process. We hope to do it again in the future.“
“Ok, so I haven't officially joined - but I took a tour yesterday and have to say this place is a LEGIT. Everything is super clean - from weight/exercise rooms to locker room - all sparkling (I was previously a member of Crunch and it was filthy and disgusting).
Their class offering leaves little to be desired. I'm excited to try their TRX, POD and Ignite classes. The spin room has a lot of bikes, but don't seem too close together.
I also have worked out at other local places where you can only attend a certain number of classes per month (i.e. 8 HIIT for $100/mo and no weight room, spin or yoga). Pivot offers membership which includes fully loaded weight room with treadmills plus UNLIMITED classes for $64/mo.
One thing to note is parking. Busy intersection and the parking garage is free only for the first hour. This wont' actually deter me, and I'm super excited to join.“
“As a person who is not flexible or talented in yoga, the staff have been kind, helpful and welcoming. The classes range from warm yoga, hot yoga, beginners class and a sculpting class. I am comfortable going to any of the classes. It's a beautiful environment with a locker room, showers, etc. I would recommend Eagle Yoga House to anyone who wants to feel more centered in your thoughts and respect your body.“
