“I've been using this clinic for more than 30 years. If you drop in to use a doctor, you wait your turn. If you treat them with respect, they will reciprocate. If you have an appointment, you get right in. Front desk, nursing and doctor staff are all courteous, respectful and compassionate. I have never had a negative experience at this clinic. In fact, I've changed my insurance so that I could come back to this clinic as I don't like the others in this area. Most of the other "Urgent Care" centers call you a LIAR, they charge you for things you didn't even get and they use students to diagnose. This clinic uses real doctors, PAs, nurses and MAs. I always have a sheet of questions to ask to the doctor and all of them get answered politely. It is a very professional atmosphere and is very family friendly. My children used this clinic during their growing years and had excellent relationships with the PAs and doctors. Now that I'm in my middle age years, I've grown to appreciate their personal attention. The only time I've ever had to wait more than 15 minutes was to use the urgent care (drop in) doctors. It all depends on how many folks are there at any given time, how many doctors are on duty and how much care the patients before you need. The most I've had to wait was about an hour. That was during flu season. FANTASTIC SERVICE.“
