Thomas seem to quickly diagnose the problem, which helps the technician know where to start with repairs. My most recent issue was water splashing over the gutter, thus causing an issue near front entry, which was caused by a slight sag in front part of the gutter. They placed braces on back side, which brought gutter in alignment - problem solved.
