Called Air Care and the tech, Dave, came out right away. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to determine I needed a new capacitor which he installed in a few minutes. Dave is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guy[ and I would definitely use Air Care again

After hitting a road block while installing a smart thermostat I gave up and decided to call a professional. When I called Dusty I was fully expecting $100+ for a service call. after I explained what my issue was he took about 5 minutes to walk me through it over the phone and problem solved. Excellent customer service I'll defiantly use him in the future.

What a great experience we had with Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year in Boise, and they came out early for an up-front estimate with quick install. They were the lowest of 5 quotes we received and Jason (who was responsible for install) was respectful, communicated effectively, and answered all of our questions to ensure we were happy with the install. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for the great work – we are enjoying our air conditioning as we speak!
