Zac with Magic Carpet was so thorough and very knowledgeable about carpet and stains. My puppy chewed up a pen and got ink on our living room carpet. Zac not only got the ink stains out but cleaned my carpet so thoroughly that it looked cleaner than when we first moved in 10 years ago...and it was a new house then.
