I'm confident in the quality of Hallmark homes, and feel that they've made great strides in recent years to improve their warranty department. Hallmark Homes makes a nice house. However, their weakness is cement contractors. I have not seen a Hallmark Homes over two years old that does not have some damage to the driveways and/or sidewalks. Hallmark will not take responsibility for any cracks or shifting. Buyer beware.

My hallmark homes sold to me by Jeromy knoll Have met and exceeded the expectations . Jeromy Has been amazing in providing truthful and accurate information regarding all aspects of home purchases . I'm grateful for everyone at hallmark I recommend them . I believe they try Very hard to produce a genuine and good product. If you decide to give them A try please work with them not against them . I know buying a new home is stressful they are Not your enemy because it's expensive . They Will work with and hard for you if you give them the opportunity. Mike :)
