Capital Plumbing was excellent. Randy was extremely professional and was able to replace our facility in a timely manner. We would recommend him and the company for your plumbing needs.
Capital fixed cracked pipe to my water heater same day as call, all during a snow storm. Charged a fraction less than Bills Heating/AC quoted- and Bills didn't even arrive with the right parts to fix in the first place. Glad Capital came instead after. Capital arrived prepared and knew what to do. Much more trustworthy than these other big name repair guys in the area.
Every one of the employees were professional and the ladies in the office are the best! I received thank yous and movie tickets! What exceptional customer service that you don't find anymore! Coming from sales and customer service I know how important it is especially because of the competition! They replaced my AC and offer a 1 yr free tune up and so much more! They were not the cheapest but hard to compare because different brands! We had a Rheem put in and my bills seem lower because it is much more efficient than my 18 yr old Carrier.
