We’ve been using Andy’s for a few years and they are always wonderful to work with! Austen took care of our routine maintenance today and he did a great job and explained everything very thoroughly to me.
Joel in the tech department knows his stuff! I calling about my Quadrafire Pellet stove that became DOA and after a few questions he recommended buying a new three speed controller, which I did. Got it in and still the pellet stove did not run correctly. After another call he advised me how to set it correctly and would not take any money. Stove is awesome again and I am one more grateful customer!
