If I could give them a zero I would. I worked here for 10 days. After 2 days I got a raise. said they wanted to make sure I stayed because of previous employees being drunk at work and stealing clothes. I tried to help them with their horrible customer service and computer issues. when I found a flaw I was met at the back door by Frank the owner. my check in hand and I was let go. I have a degree in business and I think they were afraid I find the scam that they have created to get rich. I know business. this isn't where you want to go for any reason. The store is filthy. I had to go around with a duster to keep my allergies at bay. mouse traps everywhere. ceiling leaks...read full review

They will claim to be experts in dry cleaning, admit to ruining your rug, blame you for not knowing how to clean it in the first place and refuse a refund because they "deserve pay for their time" even though they admitted to knowingly ruining said rug.

They did a nice job on a queen-sized comforter. It is so bulky that I was dubious about anybody being able to deal with it. I chose them because they don't use the common dry cleaning chemicals. I did not want to be exposed to the residual vapor.
