I am a small business that has leased from Parkwood Business Properties for the last 6 years. This has been the best experience ever! They truly care about their buildings and tenants .They have always taken care of me and never waited to fix something if needed. I’m sad to have to leave my suite for now but if I have the need to lease an office again I will wait until something opens up with Parkwood. Do not hesitate to lease from them.
