“The plumber, Evan did a great job installing our new water filtering system. We were happy with the options and different set-ups he presents us and are happy with the finished product. He even came back to move over one of the water filters a little that was too close to the appliances.
I did have some issues with communication on receiving quotes and knowing what the plumber was going to do. I was trying to get our radiant floor water tank serviced by them (which Evan said he could do -then it turns out they can't service those). I had also tried to get our faucets installed, initially I called in to speak to the receptionist and she made it sound like that wouldn't be a problem and Evan could do that when he was there to install the water filter system. But when he was there to install the water filter system, he said he had no idea about the faucets. Finally after some emails we got a quote for the faucets (4 faucets) $1500, which seemed like a lot for just bathroom faucets, they don't even have separate Hot & Cold handles.
Overall we're happy with the work that was done. I just wished the communication had been better by the company. And I'm sure glad they did give us a quote before installing the faucets because I never would've guessed it would cost that much!“
