Pillar was outstanding, as was the service technician Todd S! I called regarding my dryer. I was scheduled the same day for an appointment & they asked for the model number of my appliance ahead of time. They sent a text with the name and a photo of the service technician when he was on his way. He was very thorough diagnosing the issue & even had the part to replace with him. My dryer was fixed & operational SAME DAY!!
Pillar was able to send a technician the same day I called. Todd was friendly and very efficient. The price was reasonable; actually less than I expected. I would recommend this company to my friends without a single reservation.
