I have not had a dentist since moving to Coeur d’Alene several years ago. I recently had a veneer cap pop off of my front tooth during a holiday weekend. Dr. Dick and his friendly and efficient staff scheduled me in quickly and restored my smile. Thank you to Dr. Dick and his staff at KOOTENAI Dental Group who were all so kind and helpful. I am excited to say that I just found my new dentist‼️
Such a great atmosphere, dental assistants along with the doctors! They relieved some of the dental anxieties I carry with their kind and informative words. They offer different kinds of ways to view your teeth and the screen is there in front of you to watch with them! They'll talk you through everything before hand and provide knowledge about your situation and relationship you have with your dental health. I will definitely be coming back with no apprehension.
All the staff is great! They are very accommodating. I had to have a small filling done, and Dr. Anderson was absolutely flawless with the injection. I didn't even feel it. That's a huge deal for someone who hates needles. ?
