“12 years ago I spent spring break my sophomore year in college driving up from Florida to buy a small piece of land from Creed Noah. Not only was it a fun & absurd thing to do, but Mr. Noah took very good care of me while I was there - dedicating his entire day (almost 10 hours) to taking me all around the area, even showing me properties listed with his 'competitors'. I left Idaho with a deed to land I'd never be able to afford today, and a signed copy of a history of Idaho, written by a gentleman that Mr. & Mrs. Noah were gracious enough to give room & board to while he was working on the history of the area. I confess, I only ever finished about 40% of that 1300 page book... Just happened to think of it while waiting for my plane today, googled their outfit, and noticed someone left a 1 star review with no explanation. After that, I felt like sharing - for whatever this information is worth to strangers on the internet.“
