Amazing place to work. I am treated with kindness and respect. I feel like I have found my home in the work place. Everyday I learn more n more. I am given opportunities to grow from day 1. I get to help my community. I for the first time in over a decade am happy to go in to work.

I have been working here for a little over 2 years and I couldn't ask for a better work environment. The people here are some of the hardest working, most intelligent, friendly individuals I have ever met. I am extremely blessed and proud to be a member of the JTS team!- update: been working here 5 years and still love everything about my career. So grateful for the opportunity to work at JTS.
