Chase Bank has the worst technology and internal communication among departments I have ever experienced. They have literally been incapable of refunding me $512.01 from an overpayment error generated by them. The branch personnel are friendly and try to help, but they too are helpless against their back office incompetence. I would never recommend this bank and will be looking for a better option.

I got my business account open in this location. I made an appointment over the phone first then Jeanette called me back right away with a couple of questions so she can prepare ahead. everything went smoothly and fast, Jeanette and the manager Eric are very nice and helpful. I had a good experience. highly recommended.
