Went many many years ago, had a great experience! Went back yesterday and will always hit up blue ring tattoo for my piercings or tattoos. He's fantastic! His helper is super great too!

I had my ears repieced,not only pain less,but a very pleasant experience.
Since he didn't have to pierce my ears ( he opened the old holes) I was not charged for piercing,he could have charged for it but was a honest man.
Very friendly, clean, if I know anyone that needs his kind service, I'd recommend him in a heartbeat
I just had my second appointment with JR to get my hand tattoo darkened up and get my 11-year-old daughter's ears pierced. Just like my first time here it was a great experience! He's so friendly and a great conversationalist, my daughter enjoyed it immensely hanging out there with us. 100% he's "my guy" for tattoos and piercings and I won't go anywhere else. Thank you, JR!!
