Had a clogged drain a week ago Brady came out on a Sunday night and was fast and efficient and got right to the issue . I had a bunch of questions about what was going on and he was very patient and polite and explained things to me and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking the questions . I truly appreciated this . Today the same issue occurred and Brady came back and fixed the issue again and dug deeper to the issue. Found out that our property has septic (we did not know) . I will never go anywhere else for plumbing and HVAC. I had an emergency situation that I knew might be a major issue. I was so scared of who to trust. I've been dealing with the pink truck guys thus far and felt like I've been getting gouged. I ended up having to replace a major portion of my septic line and it was about half the cost of what I anticipated. From start to finish it was a great experience. Your guys were quick on the draw and arrived at our house within thirty minutes of our call for help. They were called for two items and quickly ascertained one of the items was not as we feared, and Brenda and I took care of it. The main problem was the valves for the washing machine. Cutting into my wall, the problem was quickly found and fixed. E we received a good explanation of our problem and what was done to remedy it. All questions were answered patiently and clearly.
