Kept working until he found the reason for the lack of balance in the unit. Guess what, a mouse was part of the cause. Signed up for the maintenance plan as I believe in the preventative plan. Great employee, explained things well. Trustworthy, thorough, and explained everything to me.

Had a great experience with Arctic Air. Needed a heating/cooling option in my garage where I do my work and hobbies. From start to finish everyone was professional AND very kind. Very quick turn around too. My mini-split is humming away and working beautifully. I’m very pleased.

I had my heat pump relocated is all; these folks did an awesome job! The price was fair, the tech was on time, the shop called ahead, and Levi knocked it out by himself in a couple of hours. Showed up to do the job, had everything to do it, and was on his way. Professional, polite, effective. Yeah- I’m happy with Arctic Air’s performance- start to finish. Highly recommend.
