We had two oriental wool rugs cleaned. They are beautiful! Communication throughout was timely and personal. Technicians were courteous and professional. Oswaldo is very friendly and knowledgeable, he messaged us giving an approximate arrival time and replied to our texts promptly.He took great care to walk the property and advised us on stains and sanitizer. He protected the corners and walls from damage, he completed the job on time and gave great instructions for the drying process. We moved to Utah but if you ever expand to the SLC area, you will be our preferred service. Thank you Oswaldo, you are amazing!

Blake was the one who came and did my carpets for me. He was extremely nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was really quick too! My carpets were a disaster from my pets, and their products were able to get them out and smelling better.
