Absolutely love this company and Scott is an amazing tech with super valuable skills. I know if Scott said he needed a new job, we would hire him at our pump company down in Arizona. I know he loves the company he works for, but I'm just saying how valuable he is. We will be using these guys for one of our properties here in the near future. Called them on a Monday at 1:00pm and they told me there guys were busy and by 2:00pm I had a knock on the door and Steve one of the owners came out and troubleshooted my well and we came to the conclusion that the line to the house was frozen. We waited a week in hopes the line would thaw out and it didn’t. I called Steve the following Monday morning to see if we could get on the schedule to have them dig and replace the line. He had guys at my house that morning to do the work and water to my house that afternoon. Got the bill today and the price was more than fair. Pump Service will be doing all my pump work as long as I live in this area. Great Company.
Can't express enough how much I love this company! We had been out of water since Saturday afternoon and finally called them Sunday evening after realizing this was not a DIY fixer. They showed up the next morning and dealt with our original pump from the 1960s. Everything is now new and functioning!!! Pricing was fair and worth every penny. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and educated my husband on how everything works! Recommended 10/10!
