Down and Out did a fantastic job for us! Communication was great and they showed up when they said they would. Cost was very reasonable, and in addition to adding some new rain gutter to the house Ted was able to come up with a solution for fixing a huge leak we'd had on the patio. Western Septic came to my rescue when no one wanted to help me because the builder made a mistake on the paperwork for the location of the septic tank. They have been giving me excellent service then, especially Kendall, that always answers the phone, including on weekends. Their service request online works very well.

We've been to Miracle a handful of times to enjoy their private hot pools but this was the first time we camped. The private pools are awesome and always clean and well maintained. Their staff is always attentive and friendly. The campsites are very clean and well maintained with a clean bathroom on site. The campground is not large so if you are into communal camping with a lot of people around this is the place. We did not enjoy the screaming children at midnight and generators running. Road noise is also a thing. We did get to experience over 100° temps and a lightning/thunder storm that kept us up so we got to hang with the two outdoor cats that wander around. One jumped into our truck mounted tent LOL. Outside of screaming kids (not fault of the establishment) and close quarters camping we enjoyed this place for the night but may not return for camping. The hot pools are a must!
