I like to ask a lot of question, but I never felt like I wasn't being listened to or was being tolerated. He was extremely efficient in his job and it is obvious that he was well trained and comfortable in what he was doing.

Ben was our technician and he was friendly, informative and efficient. Our carpet was dry in about 5 hours which really impressed me. Next morning our carpet looks and feels terrific due to Ben's expertise and since Zerorez uses their special water, not our untreated outside hose water. Don't forget to vacuum the day after cleaning because you'll be amazed what the Zerorez process loosens up down deep. Look forward to having Zerorez do my annual carpet cleaning!
