Finding a water leak at 9 p.m. on a Saturday of Labor Day weekend was a nightmare, but Wickstrom Plumbing turned the situation around completely. Nampa City Water recommended them, and they were out the next morning at 9 a.m. Kade was not only on time but also genuinely happy to help. He gave me a fair and honest quote, which was a huge relief given the circumstances. He worked hard with a great attitude and got the job done quickly. It's rare to find a company that doesn't take advantage of an emergency situation, and Wickstrom Plumbing proved to be one of the good ones. I'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.
I'm probably one of the most professional plumbers I've ever come across very kind very understanding came right and shook my hand. He and his employee both very nice gentlemen came in assess the problem fixed it heard my concerns to listen to me as a customer and took care of me right then and there very knowledgeable very to cleaned up their mess did a great job what a great bunch of guys came right in with friendly got right to it I left it at least 10 times better than what it was I cannot tell you how much I would recommend these folks you guys rock and I hope you continue to rock for many years thanks guys
