I typically prepare my own tax filing but this year things were a bit more complicated than I felt comfortable handling myself and I was put at ease immediately with Jodi's expertise during our initial introductory meeting.When it was time to provide Whittaker & Associates with information and documents, they sent me a simple PDF to fill out and a list of needed documents which I could upload to their secure portal. After two brief follow up emails from the accountant to clarify a few things, my taxes were done and filled with the IRS.The process was very easy and painless. The staff at Whittaker & Associates (now KDP, LLP) are outstanding! My tax filing experience was excellent from start to finish and I feel very confident in the accuracy of my return.
