I was in town for a trial and ripped my last contact lenses. The front desk office receptionist answered immediately at 7:30a and was very kind. I emailed her my prescription and she was able to set me up with a set of contacts within 15 minutes so I could get back to work and trial. Haven't experienced appointments or eye exams, but their customer service and adaptability saved me a headache (literally because I couldn't see).

Dr. Fronk was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff were friendly and supportive. I had a set of glasses fitted and the team in their optical section were equally helpful. I will definitely be going back and also recommending Vision One to acquaintances!

So my benefit period for the year ended last month when I went a week before it ended and asked them to make sure they ordered it today. She said yes I will get them ordered today. And I called over today to check on when they would be ready and of course they never ordered them so I missed out on my last years contact benefit from VSP. They didn’t offer anything to correct this.Guess I’ll have to find a new place because this just sucks.Updating this because Dr. Bodily texted me with great customer service and fixed everything for me. I will continue to be a Vision One customer thank you
