I was referred to Ultimate Carpet Cleaners by our neighbor and had a very positive experience throughout. My voice message was responded to promptly closely followed with an appointment to discuss and bid our job and then provide service. Owner Jeremy and technician Brady are excellent communicators and clearly vested in providing excellent customer service. Our reinstallation and carpet cleaning turned out beautifully; we will refer and repeat service with Ultimate in the future. Thank you Jeremy and Brady

I'm a property manager, and I always call Ultimate Carpet Cleaning when we have a turnover. Their knowledge when a tough job pops up is so helpful. They also have consistently gone above and beyond, guarantee their work, and have been great with scheduling needs and communication. We had a huge explosion of balsamic salad dressing spill all over our living room carpet and fabric sofa. Ultimate carpet cleaning came to our rescue! Braeden was so professional and did beautiful work. The carpet and sofa look just like new! Highly recommend!!!
