warming Trend’s customer service is outstanding! Tim was incredibly helpful after we bought a gas stove and could not figure out how to light it when the power went out. He took the time over the phone to walk us through each step and troubleshoot until we got it working. (User error, of course. ?), not only was he super helpful, he seemed truly happy to help! I would definitely recommend Warming Trend.

Great experience with Rene and The Warming Trend. Would highly recommend for fireplace needs. I have used them twice now, both times with exceptional experiences. They were so helpful in troubleshooting a few things over the phone. Rene was able to come out quickly and fix the rest. Fireplace looks pristine again and is back up and running in time for the holidays. Thank you!

Rene with Warming Trends is amazing! I called her to come clean and tune 2 fireplaces and she was here the next day. She did a great job and she was quick and knowledgeable. They look brand new and I can’t wait for the weather to get cool so we can use them! We also bought a Big Green Egg, from Warming Trends, in 2017. We need a part for it and Rene is taking care of that, as well. My in-laws have been going to warming trends for years and use Rene to clean their fireplace too. We highly recommend her!!
