I just finished my Level 1 Sound Healing Facilitator training with Crystal at True North Yoga. The training was both transformative and healing. I’ve been to 3 of Crystal’s retreats so far and they’ve all been absolutely amazing! Just when I think she can’t top the last, she does it again!Her retreats are intuitively designed so that each woman receives exactly what she needs.For me, this last one in Mt Shasta, was love and boy did love find me there.Being surrounded by women who are safe, loving, supportive, and open-minded is such a breath of fresh air.It isn’t by chance. Crystal’s love and vibration calls in that magic.We got to experience morning yin yogas, meditations, card pulls, art projects, nourishing food, a hike, the Peace Garden, and the most magical yoga nidra I have experienced yet.I... read full review

Crystal is absolutely amazing! I recently had an opportunity to attend her Enchanted Mountain retreat in beautiful Mt. Shasta, Ca. Crystal went out of her way to ensure our experience was amazing and that we were all comfortable. The food was delicious, the accommodations were beautiful, the activities were extremely healing, peaceful, and fun. I made some amazing friends and will definitely attend again in the future if I am able.
