“Jake and Nate walked my roof and found signs of hail damage. They recommended reaching out to the insurance company -- said it was worth an inspection to see what the insurance company thought. They helped me work with insurance and met the adjuster on site when he came. To my surprise, insurance agreed! Hail damage = new roof. But they still treated me and my house with respect, even though the money was coming from insurance. And the crews did a phenomenal job installing, cleaning up, etc. I couldn't recommend this company more! So grateful for Jake and Nate and all the team at Straightline Design!“
