Tyra does an amazing job at making you feel safe and secure; explaining what she is doing, asking questions, talking me through things while she works on my body. From the top of my head to the tips of my toes I felt peace! My first time experiencing tuning forks and my eyes leaked! It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Tyra and Pulse Holistic Health.

I have been getting amma therapy with Nika and always walk out of there feeling better than when I arrived. Nika's calming presence instantly makes me slow down and feel taken care of. I would highly recommend seeing Nika for cupping and amma therapy! It is a game changer.
